What happens if my purchase is damaged during shipping?
Concrete is breakable so we do our very best to securely package every individual item for shipping. If your item is damaged during the shipping process, please send us a picture of the damage within 1-2 days and we will refund your purchase. Due to current difficulties submitting/receiving damage claims with USPS, we are offering refunds only on shipping damage.
When will my order ship?
Estimated processing and ship time for most items is 4-7 business days. Please note, these times are estimates only and depend on multiple factors such as our current volume of orders and USPS processing, etc. If you need an item by a specific date, please reach out in a private message to us!
Do you offer wholesale?

Concrete pieces may be wiped clean with a damp cloth. Please note, certain oils and substances may stain the surface. Our products are NOT dishwasher/microwave safe
